My History

Over the past two decades, I have developed deep expertise in leadership, neuroinclusion, and culture and systems development. My work spans Africa, West and Southeast Asia, the Gulf, Europe, and the United States, partnering with organizations and schools to align beliefs, practices, and structures with their vision for inclusive communities.

Through audits, workshops, coaching, project management, and customized systems design, we support organizations and schools in translating values into action. Our approach focuses on building equitable, strengths-based environments where inclusion is embedded into everyday practice—not treated as an initiative or add-on—and where people are supported to belong, contribute, and thrive.

Lauren's consulting was an essential part of building our school's Learning Support Program. From the very beginning, she helped guide teachers and leaders to build a solid foundation focused on inclusion and tiered support for our small school in Guinea (West Africa). For teachers who were unfamiliar with the process, she provided professional development opportunities. She walked them through the process of collecting student data, identifying goals, documenting interventions, and focusing on tiered supports in the class. Leaders in the school had rich conversations with her about developing philosophies, systems, and creating an admissions process that supported the process. Lauren developed the documents that we needed to get started in an efficient and organized manner with templates that worked for our school's culture and climate. As a presenter, she's so engaging and beloved by students and teachers alike during her multiple visits! Her approach to helping small schools develop their systems is very supportive.
