My History

Over the past two decades, I have developed deep expertise in leadership, neuro inclusion, and culture and systems development. My work spans Africa, West and Southeast Asia, the Gulf, Europe, and the United States, partnering with organizations and schools to align beliefs, practices, and structures with their vision for inclusive communities.

Through audits, keynotes, workshops, coaching, project management, and customized systems design, we support organizations and schools in translating values into action. Our approach focuses on building equitable, strengths-based environments where inclusion is embedded into everyday practice—not treated as an initiative or add-on—and where people are supported to belong, contribute, and thrive.

Leading keynotes and systems design to help schools and organizations create environments where everyone belongs, contributes, and thrives.
